There are a few World Coins overstruck on U.S. Coins known. This unique Bolivia coin should have been struck on an 11 sided steel planchet. Instead it was overstruck on a U.S Quarter.

It shows fantastic detail from both strikes and is an extremely eye appealing Dual Country and Dual Denomination major mint error.
