Barber Dime off-metals are extremely rare. In fact, there are just five known in the entire Barber Dime series from 1892-1916. The U.S. Mint in Philadelphia struck coinage for Venezuela in 1903. This Barber Dime was struck on a blank intended for a Venezuela 1/4 Bolivar planchet.

It is fully struck and still exhibits original toning. It's unique for the date, denomination and country for 1903.
