A dramatic and spectacular unique Eisenhower Dollar off-center off-metal, struck on a Taiwan $1 planchet.

In the 1970's the U.S. Mint struck coins for Taiwan. This planchet somehow got mixed with Eisenhower Dollar planchets and was struck off-center by the Eisenhower Dollar dies. It belongs in a collection of unique mint errors or Eisenhower Dollars.
