This is a spectacular double denomination. It is a 2000-P Jefferson Nickel struck on a struck 1961 Lincoln Cent. It's unique since it's a double denomination that is 39 years apart.

It was struck on a FULL copper Cent that's dated 1961, not a zinc-plated cent that would have been used in 2000. There is considerable detail remaining from the understrike. Both dates are visible as well. This is one of the of the most unusual and fascinating mint errors known.
