This unique Great Britain gold medal was struck in 1746. It is unlisted and there are no auction records or known pieces other than this one example. It was designed by M. Holtzhey.

It portrays a female figure of Holland on the obverse. On the reverse there are 3 urns with water representing the Scheldt, Rhine and Thames rivers.
