Major mint errors on the U.S. Silver Commemorative Series are extremely rare. There are only 3 known partial collar strikes on the 1925-P Vancouver Commemorative Half Dollar which is very unusual since there are only a handful of partial collar strikes known on all of the other silver Half Dollar commemoratives.

I also handled the PCGS AU 58 partial collar strike years ago. The third known example was certified by NGC as AU Details (improperly cleaned).
